Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner/Farmington, MO & Cape Girardeau, MO - Two positions available for Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Missouri Pain Management Centers. Responsible for seeing all follow up pain patients as well as assisting the physician in seeing the new patients. Physician will train if someone wants to learn about trigger point injections, knee, elbow and shoulder joint injections. Position is Mon-Fri with no weekend or call. Clinic uses "Electronic Medical Record (EMR)" and each exam room is equipped with computer. No hand writing, notes, paper work or dictation. It is a busy practice and average number of follow up patients seen by FNP/PA could be 35-45. EMR set-up makes visits very quick and easy. There are two positions available, one in the Farmington clinic and the other is in Cape Girardeau, MO. Area is like a resort with large lake and lots of hiking, fishing, hunting, golf, horse riding and boating. Cost of living is very inexpensive and everything is within a 5-minute drive. Salary $72-86K plus production bonus (20% over $15000/month collection). Malpractice, Health & Dental. Up to $6000 in relocation.
