Acute rehab hospital looking for a Nurse Practitioner to coordinate all aspects of care from pre-admission through discharge, follow-up care, and community re-entry.  The hospital deals with rehab for stroke and other neurological issues as well as recovery from serious injury.  Will be working days M-F. 

The hospital prefers a candidate with rehab experience but will look at candidates with other types of acute care experience as well.  The hospital offers a competitive salary based on experience plus a comprehensive benefit package and negotiable relocation.
