Advance Practice, Physician Assistant, Cardiothoracic Surgery
Private Practice Setting

This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's 

Responsibilities:
Performs medical visits, discharge planning, assists in the operating room, and participates in the call rotation as as assistant.
Evaluation and monitoring, elicits and documents a detailed and accurate history as required by the presenting problem
Performs an appropriate physical exam, records and presents the data
Assists in the provision of continuity of care and office based or other ambulatory care settings.
Implements patient management plans and records progress notes
Consults with physicians when appropriate
Completes discharge summaries or complies information to facilitate the discharge process

Requirements for this job:
Master's Degree in Nursing
Current license in the state of practice
Minimum of 6 months surgery experience, preferred in Cardiothoracic Surgery
