Neurosurgical Physician Assistant – 1 Hour from Austin, Texas! (Willing to train a New / Recent Graduate with an Interest in Neurosurgery)

We are seeking a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant interested in joining a well respected Neurosurgical Group convenient to the Austin, Texas area. The Physician Assistant would work in the clinic as well as the OR (70% Clinic / 30% OR) and have 6 days of call per month. The PA would work up H&Ps, neurological exams, check and increase the ITDD pump, assist in surgery and provide neurosurgical consults and discharge planning.  The group would prefer an experienced candidate, but would train and mentor a new/recent graduate with a strong interest and passion for Neurosurgery. The starting base salary is $86,000-$107,000+ (D.O.E) including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, 30 days of PTO time, CME, and CME allowance.
