Our patient-centered medical home clinics are part of Providence Physician Network Southwest Washington, our growing physician-led organization with clinics in Thurston and Lewis Counties. The Network currently employ more than 100 medical providers, operating in 17 clinics, with a broad range of specialties including Family Medicine, General Surgery, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Physiatry, Psychiatry and Women’s Health.
