What positions are open?

POSITION PURPOSE:
The BMT Analyst’s primary responsibilities will include quality assurance testing of new and existing products, in addition to hot patches, to assure software quality. The BMT Analyst will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing plans and executing plans for any requested testing. Additionally, the BMT Analyst will support the clinical analyst and development teams and will perform technical software tests for OTTR directly related to the implementation and support of the OTTR solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Review software requirements
• Develop and review comprehensive test plans based on business requirements
• Prepare and review test cases
• Execute test scripts for product testing of the software
• Report defects and issues to the clinical team, and work with the team to find solutions
• Prepare test reports
• Follow business requirements throughout the software development life cycle
• Perform software tests to ensure quality
• Assist in the creation of clear and concise documentation required for training to include client user manuals, reference manuals, trainer presentation manuals, teaching tools and internal documents
• Stay current with technology
• Perform other related duties as required
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
This position requires:
• 4 year degree, degree in MIS preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in QA testing
• At least 2 years’ experience in excellent communication and requirement documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• At least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases
• Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player
• Required 5% travel
• English: Fluent

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Blood Marrow Transplant
• Experience with medical software applications

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The team member will work in an office environment and occasionally in the external environment. Business needs may demand 5% travel with overnight stays. Business needs will demand extended hours as needed to support client relationships.
