When we bring together diversity of thought, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and perspectives – we’re able to build a place where everyone belongs. One of the ways we’re bringing this to life is with our own Employee Resource Group (ERG) communities – created by employees and led by employees.

The mission of our People With Disabilities ERG is to decrease the stigma associated with disabilities, solve business problems and build a Syneos Health Community, and to provide leadership opportunities for employees all around the world. We strive to increase awareness of the challenges and barriers that People With Disabilities face, and highlight examples of ways in which to overcome these.
