• BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Joining an independently-owned, multi-speciality group
• All Outpatient work
• In-house lab and imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA). Specialty colleagues are easily accessible: Orthopedics, ID, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Allergy/Immunology, Physical Therapy, and the next-door Infusion Center
• Access to an in-house clinical research team if interested in Pharma studies.
• Night and weekend phone coverage (0-2 calls a week), shared with another Rheumatologist.
• Base salary guarantee plus full benefits package
• Partnership track after 2 years with minimal buy-in access to corporate bonuses
