• BC or BE in Family Medicine 
• Joining an independently owned private practice 
• FT or PT options available 
• Working 3 or 5 days a week - 8 am to 5 pm (will be working some Saturdays but will have 2 days off during the week)
• Seeing children to adults 
• Taking no call
• Must have an active NY license and DEA or be in the process of getting one 
• New grads are welcome to apply
