All Star is looking for a CRNA for locums coverage in Tampa, FL 

• Starts ASAP
• 4-6 week credentialing timeline
• 7 AM- 5 PM, and 8 AM start on Fridays 
• 4 days per week, 40 hours per week
• Cases: General surgery, Trauma, Endo, Ortho, Neuro, Spine, and Vascular
• EMR: Cerner
