All Star is looking for a CRNA for locums coverage in Upstate New York 

• NY license
• Asap - Ongoing
• Must be flexible between Main Facility and ASC
  • ASC will be prinmary
• Monday - Friday; 8-hour shifts 
  • 7am - 3:30 pm
• No call 
• Cases are mostly General, Neuro (Spines), Eyes, Ortho, Peds ENT, and Endo
