• Employed position 
• Inpatient & outpatient work 
• Laborist and midwife take the hospital call
• Office Call: 1:6 
• Rounding in the hospital and seeing patients in the clinic 
• Full health/dental/vision insurance, life & disability insurance, malpractice coverage, 20 days PTO, CME days, $2500 for CME, 401K plan, 6-8 weeks of maternity leave, etc
• 10K sign-on bonus and 15K quality bonus 
• Base Salary plus RVU incentive
