Perm Family Medicine Physician Needed to Join a Growing Group in Central Washington

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our busy rural clinic in Ephrata, WA. Work alongside two physicians and two APPs in a dynamic, high-acuity practice

Position Details:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine 
• Joining a team of 6 full-time physicians, 1 PA, and 1 NP 
• Work Schedule: 4x10-hour days 
• Patient volume 20-25 per shift
• Call 1:6 - phone call only
• General procedures, including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women’s health
• J1 candidates will be considered
• 1st year salary range: $308,281 - $333,277 plus RVU bonus potential.
