• Full-time Permanent position working Monday-Friday (The schedule will be discussed during the interview) 
• 100% outpatient
• The provider will be providing medical care for all ages 
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative care, wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Experienced and New graduates are welcome to apply
• The provider will be working with Managed Care, Medicare, and HMO patients, as well as conducting HEDIS measures 
• FL license must be in hand or in process
