• Board Certified in Otolaryngology  or TRULY Board Eligible
• CO license (or willing to obtain) 
• Clean Malpractice 
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (note in Experience field) 
• Available to start before December 2024
• 4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
• Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
• EMR:EPIC
