• 10 Hour Days- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• At least six months of experience in a primary care setting is preferred
• You will be working collaboratively with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners
• Duties include Sick/well visits, physical examinations, vaccines, and chronic disease management
• Maine license in hand or in process
