• Days + shared call
• After-hour calls are by phone only and are very minimal.
• The physician-led medical group promotes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance; providing resources to achieve your goals.
• Currently sees an average of 30 patients per day - patient population is adult and geriatric
• Active IA and IL license.  The provider will be covering at multiple locations
