Job Details:

• Part-time, varied shift coverage
• The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing all ages for wellness/sick visits follow-up consults, vaccinations, and prescribe to patients 
• Responsibilities also include ordering and evaluating necessary tests, patient management, and collaborating with physicians and other departments as needed.
• At least 2 years experience as an NP/PA working in a primary care/urgent care outpatient setting is required
• Vermont license and DEA certified
• Competitive per diem compensation
