The Assistant Unit Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the administrative coordination of the Residential Unit. This responsibility includes assisting in formulating and implementing formal unit policies and procedures and keeping both the unit staff and clients aware of agency and departmental guidelines. This also includes assisting in the overall functioning of the unit, including staff performance, the quality of the unit program, and any emergencies that may occur.
