Position Overview

The Therapist - Outpatient is responsible for assessing each client's mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services-including individual, group, and family therapy. This role requires completing all clinical documentation accurately and in accordance with KidsPeace policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum of two years experience in Human Services required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and other professionals as
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and functions within a similar department or program.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Applicable State licensure or licensed-eligible preferred.
