*Role Overview*
As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow.
*What You'll Do*
* Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
* Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
* Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
* Collect accurate session data and progress notes
* Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
* Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
* Support skill generalization across environments

*Qualifications & Essential Job Functions*
* Minimum age of 18
* High School diploma or GED required
* Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
* Lifting and carrying up to *50 lbs*
* Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
* Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
* *Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region*
* Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
* Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
* No prior ABA experience required - we train you

* Childcare or education (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional)
* College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
* Mental health or human services roles
* Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
