Job Description Summary:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and be highly organized with attention to detail. Must have strong organizational and follow-up skills as well as a strong work ethic and professional approach while performing in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties:

Maintaining Company s general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts

Assist with account reconciliations between the general ledger and subsidiary ledger, and between the general ledger and billing system

Assist with accounts payable and receivable

Assist with Commercial insurance and completing annual renewal applications

Maintaining accounts payable and vendor files, accounts receivable, and payroll accounts

Maintaining fixed asset schedule

Maintaining payroll records

Assists with special projects, as necessary

Government and ad hoc reporting

Assist with payroll entries and reconciliation

401k audit and profit sharing reporting

Benefit reporting


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of financial statements & GAAP

Accrual accounting experience

Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Cloud-Based ERP, skills

Must successfully pass a background check and a drug screening
