*Advanced Behavior Technician*
Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time Advanced Behavior Technicians who possess the confidence to mentor new Behavior Technicians (ABA therapists) and substitute for school-district cases in the *Lawndale, CA* area. In this position, you will provide direct, face-to-face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings, emphasizing our commitment to delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services.
Professional experience with children or special needs is a requirement, and this role guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week.

*Job Duties*
* Substituting cases or assignments daily as instructed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/clinical supervisor
* Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
* Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
* 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
*Requirements*
* Proof of high school diploma or BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field. Candidates with incomplete degrees will be considered based on experience.
* Professional experience with children or special needs is required
* Must be open to school and home cases in order to build a full-time schedule
* Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes
* Valid CA Driver's License and proof of auto liability insurance
* Must have reliable transportation
* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
