Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Position Overview:
We are accepting applications for future opportunities for experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), who are interested in joining our team as positions become available.
This requisition is intended to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming APP opportunities across our organization. Qualified applicants will be considered for current and future openings based on organizational needs, specialty alignment, and experience.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians, clinical teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care within scope of practice and applicable regulations.
- Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for safety, service, and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification and licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in the State of Arkansas.
- Appropriate national board certification (e.g., NCCPA, AANP, ANCC, or applicable certifying body).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior clinical experience in a healthcare setting or relevant specialty area.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary care team.
- Commitment to professional growth, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.
