What You'll Champion:
- Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work-life balance
- Shared call rotation with provider team:
- One weekday night per week
- Every sixth weekend
- Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202-bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
- Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short-term rehab & long-term care)
- Join an established, collaborative care team:
- 2 Physicians
- 3 Nurse Practitioners
- Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ideal role for NPs interested in long-term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicine
- Deliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations
- APP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care
