Privileging is estimated at 60 days, and the caseload includes general, ortho, and standard bread-and-butter cases. Board certification or fellowship is required, and the site is open to candidates who still need to obtain a state license. Shifts are 8 hours with no in-house call, weeknight call, or weekend call. Overtime isnt expected, though it is available. The location uses Epic, has two anesthesia rooms, and operates with MD supervision of CRNAs at a 2:1 ratio. MDs are not doing their own cases.
