Assistant Professor, Environmental Engineering
Description
The Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Yale University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027. The search will consider all areas of environmental engineering, with some preference given to candidates working in air quality or computational modeling and environmental data science. Candidates who can establish strong collaborations, both within the department and across the university are especially encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a PhD or equivalent degree in environmental engineering or a closely related discipline at the time of hire, and be dedicated to teaching environmental engineering courses and developing an internationally recognized research program.
