Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing -Gynecology (Hybrid)

Job Description

As marketing roles across the US Oncology organization are evolving and broadening, this Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, PO: Cervical & Ovarian position is designed to be a flexible marketing role that may focus on any aspect of marketing over time based on business needs and/or the capabilities and development needs of the team. The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future including other GYN tumor areas, agile product owner responsibilities, etc.

Initial tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Project Owner for HCP Agile Development Team (ADT) for Cervical & Ovarian products indications
  • Direct point for Promotional Review (PRT) for Cervical & Ovarian products indications
  • Direct new non-digital asset development and associated medical/legal review for Cervical & Ovarian indications
  • Lead and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g. budget and medical/legal review time
  • Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution or business impact; challenge current approaches and gain sponsorship and support within the company to address gaps
  • Partner with multiple US oncology teams to translate insights into actions at customer level
  • Critical member of launch planning and launch team



Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)



Location:

  • Upper Gwynedd, PA (In UG - 3 days/week)



Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Demonstrated success in project mgmt., job ownership, digital strategy, and US Promotional Review (PRT)
  • Focused mindset on customer experience
  • Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation
  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures
  • Proficiency influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams



Preferred:

  • HCP promotion knowledge bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review
  • Core marketing knowledge including scientific strategy development & execution planning
  • Oncology marketing knowledge

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday - plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2.
