Audiologist

Job Summary

Responsible for providing quality clinical audiology services to all age groups in a variety of venues as deemed necessary by patient caseload. Work closely with the Executive Director of Business Development, the staff Otolaryngologist, other hospital departments, and physicians as necessary to provide quality care in a collaborative fashion.

Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited master's or doctorate degree Audiology program.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required for part and full time positions
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association not required for PRN position.
• Current license to practice Audiology in the State of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support, Course "A&B" certified.
• One to three years of clinical experience preferred.
• Maintain ASHA and State continuing education requirements.
