What your role looks like: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position reporting to the Director of Speech & Audiology. You'll be an integral part of a dedicated team delivering meaningful health services to the Holyoke community - bringing your expertise, growing your skills, and making a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure tone, speech, and immittance testing
- Pediatric and adult audiological evaluations, hearing aid fittings and support, tinnitus evaluations.
- Opportunities for educational audiology and auditory brainstem testing exist.
- Fit and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Diagnose and manage balance disorders through vestibular testing
- Collaborate with ENT physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists
- Provide patient education on hearing conservation and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology from an accredited college or university;
- Current license or license eligible in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Audiologist; certified or certification eligible by American Speech/Language and Hearing Association;
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual English/Spanish professionals are encouraged to apply.

Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
