Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a *Behavior Coach (BCBA)* to support Baltimore-area public schools. This role focuses on strengthening Tier I & Tier II classroom systems, coaching educators, and building proactive, engagement-driven learning environments.
*What You'll Do*
* Conduct classroom observations using the ABLEâ„¢ assessment
* Provide data-driven coaching to educators
* Model proactive classroom management strategies
* Support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
* Use the Insightâ„¢ platform to track progress and guide coaching
* Partner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems
* Participate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriate
* Contribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer)
*What We're Looking For*
* *Required: *Active BCBA + Maryland LBA
* Experience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coaching
* Strong data fluency and ability to influence adult practice
* Mission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed care
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
*Schedule & Work Model*
* Full-time, salaried position
* 8-hour days aligned to the school calendar
* On-site during the school year
* Remote during holidays/summer for special projects
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Salary: *$95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation)
