*Role Overview*
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
*What You'll Do*

* Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
* Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
* Collect accurate session data and progress notes
* Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
* Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
* Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

*Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)*

* *High School Diploma / Associate's Degree:* $19.00 - $24.00/hour
* *Bachelor's Degree:* $20.00 - $24.00/hour
*Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:*

* Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
* Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
* Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
* Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

*Qualifications*

* Minimum age of 18
* High School diploma or GED required
* *Ability to meet the physical demands of the role*, including:

* Lifting and carrying up to *50 lbs*
* Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
* Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
* No prior ABA experience required - we train you

* Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional)
* Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies
* Mental health or human services roles
* Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
