As a BHT, you'll:
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
- Assist with educational program and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
- Receive paid training and coaching

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver's License + personal vehicle
- American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
