Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation of ABA programs

Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to clinical team members

Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent, quality care

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in practice
Requirements

Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA (in good standing)

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Work Setting: Primarily in-clinic, with occasional home-based support as needed.
