Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation of ABA programs

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to clinical team members

  • Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent, quality care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in practice

Requirements

  • Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA (in good standing)

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Work Setting: Primarily in-clinic, with occasional home-based support as needed.
