*Role Overview* 
As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you'll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development-on a schedule that works for you. 
*What You'll Do* 

* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
* Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate 
* Provide ABA services in home and community settings 
* Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making 
* Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies 
* Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable) 
* Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization 
* Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies 
* Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available

*Qualifications* 

* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field 
* Current BCBA certification in good standing 
* Minimum of *2+ years of ABA experience* working with children with autism or developmental disabilities 
* Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs 
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
* Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care 
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
