This BCBA position involves direct engagement with children, providing crucial support and consultation across two schools known for their supportive community and recognition at state and national levels. Though travel is limited to a mere mile between the two institutions, the impact of your role will span far beyond these distances.
The workdays will run Monday through Friday, with a focus on fostering educational growth and behavioral support for a small caseload of students. This position offers a unique opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the educational journey of young learners in a town celebrated for its collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.


Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School

Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in CT
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work


Preferred Qualifications
Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in CT
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
