Pay Rate: $2286.00 - $2356.00
Provide behavioral consultation and oversight Monday through Friday, working 35 hours per week. You will conduct data collection, progress monitoring, IEP support, and behavior plan implementation. Responsibilities include staff training, coaching, fidelity checks, intervention adjustments, and ongoing collaboration with school staff.
A current BCBA certification is required. Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and staff development is recommended.

Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School
Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in Georgia
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
Completion of a criminal record and background check
