Business Development/Account Manager

Summary: Responsible for securing new business contracts as well as further developing relationships with existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Maintains a database of potential candidates
Works closely with recruiters to make placements
Cold call new prospect accounts
Warm call existing clients
Contract management and negotiations
Contact Healthcare facilities to secure new business 
Maintains daily activity log of calls made and notes pertaining to all clients and prospect clients activities. 
Self motivated and goal oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Career Oriented 
Participates as needed in various external and internal activities.
Helps maintain an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
Retains flexible schedules in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle complaints.
Maintains a mature problem solving attitude under stressful circumstances.
Effectively and courteously communicate with coworkers.
Able to hit monthly goals
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree or Higher 
Relevant experience in staffing services, preferably healthcare
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a variety of people
