Summary: Responsible for securing new business contracts as well as further developing relationships with existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Maintains a database of potential candidates
Works closely with recruiters to make placements
Cold call new prospect accounts
Warm call existing clients
Contract management and negotiations
Contact Healthcare facilities to secure new business
Maintains daily activity log of calls made and notes pertaining to all clients and prospect clients activities.
Self motivated and goal oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Relevant experience in staffing services, preferably healthcare
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a variety of people
