Responsibilities: Our Business Transformation consultants help our clients understand, plan for, manage and reinforce strategic business transformation efforts including the integration of people, process and technology aspects. As one of the members of Guidehouse's Health Sector leadership team, the Business Transformation and Program Management Director will play a key role in establishing and growing critical client teams with that are supporting large-scale IT business transformation efforts for high-profile public sector clients. In this role, the individual will have the ability to make an immediate impact, using analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, and leadership skills. The individual will work side-by-side daily with senior leaders leading large client transformation efforts, and will serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional change management and transformation teams tasked with enabling the people-related aspects of large-scale business transformation efforts. This work will require an agile, proactive individual with strong executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across functions and levels of seniority. Professionals in Guidehouse LLP may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Qualifications: * Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, and/or highly relevant industry experience in business transformation, change management, IT implementations and/or healthcare clinical transformation * Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree * Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) * Travel Requirement: 50-75% * Consulting experience required Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * Experience managing teams of 10+ people to deliver complex engagements under high pressure situations, supporting the career development and success of junior staff * Demonstrated track record helping public or private sector organizations undergo major transformations, including people, process and technology elements * Program Management, Project Implementation, and Change Management * Solving challenging change management and human capital issues, including engaging diverse groups of stakeholders to successfully realize business outcomes * Development of Business Cases and Strategic Roadmaps * Prior experience working directly with and advising senior leaders and executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops * Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence * Strong client facing presentation, verbal and written skills * Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals Disclaimer: * This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification. * The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
