Western Plains Medical Complex The Data Analyst provides expert support of anon-routine and confidential nature, ensuring that the department functions inan effective and professional manner; researches, compiles and analyzes datafor special projects, reporting and similar activities with minimal supervisionor directions; prepares final reports using various computer programs; usesextensive customer relation skills while telephone calls and interfacing withdepartment head/supervisors and other departmental employees as appropriate;types/composes sensitive correspondence; maintains files; coordinatedconferences and meetings; transcribes minutes for meetings, obtains materialsrelative to various projects of a complex nature as required; audit reports andacts as a resource and assists in the preparation for TJC and state licensuresurveys. Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS : Degree / Licensure / Certification / Registration : Prefer Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field; High School Diploma is minimum accepted. Kansas Registered Nurse License Required. Experience Preferred: 2 years in a Data Analyst capacity.
