Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Facility: Mohawk Valley - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC), Utica, New York
Shift Type: 8hr Evening
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate- $23/hr ON W2 - $26/hr on 1099
Contract Type for Nursing:
• Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
• Weekly OT after 48 hours (based on multiplier)

75 MILE RADIUS RULE - travel
will take locals - local rate will apply ( less than 75 miles)
Shift: 3p - 11p
37.5 guaranteed hours
Every other weekend if required
Must float to all units (same building)
1+ years' experience
BLS
NY license
40 bed unit
Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
EMR: PointClick Care
