Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Buffalo, WY 82834

Duration: 3 Months to long term 

Shift: 12.5-Hour Shifts -Day - 5:30AM - 06:00PM- Night- 05:30PM - 06:00AM - Float - 08:00AM- 08:30PM

Job Description:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Provide compassionate patient care by ensuring comfort, responding to patient requests, transporting patients, and reporting changes in condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, urine specimens, intake/output, and accurately document all patient care activities in forms, logs, and medical records.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs, including bed baths, showers, shampoos, shaving, oral care, bedpans, urinals, and application of anti-embolism stockings.
• Prepare, store, and set up medical equipment for patient examinations and treatments while maintaining a clean and organized care environment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control practices, facility policies, and federal/state standards while participating in required training and maintaining an active CNA license.

Requirements:

• License issued by the State of WY.
• Active BLS/CPR.
