Pay Rate: $1000.00 - $1450.00



We are partnering with a well-respected hospital system that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate COTA for contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. Required Qualifications
- SSN, DOB, LifePoint Cover Sheet (SharePoint)
- 2 years' experience
- Active Oklahoma state license (In-hand)
- BLS
