We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team in Somerset, Kentucky. This is a fully onsite position requiring daily, in-person support of pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite support for daily pharmacy operations
• Assist pharmacists with ordering, stocking, storing, and dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications
• Prepare unit-dose and pre-packaged medications in accordance with pharmacy procedures
• Monitor medication inventory, expiration dates, and supply levels to ensure compliance and availability
• Maintain narcotics counts, inventory records, and pharmacy documentation
• Support quality assurance initiatives and pharmacy performance improvement activities
• Utilize electronic medical record systems and pharmacy software for documentation and scheduling
• Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, record maintenance, and patient scheduling support
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and infection control standards within pharmacy areas

Qualifications:
• Completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician Training Program required
• Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication handling, and inventory control procedures
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Somerset, Kentucky
