Under supervision, prepares, bakes and/or cooks food items for meal service as directed.

Qualifications

Education

• Preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Experience:

• Required
  • One or more years of experience teaching and training new hires
  • Ability to read and follow recipes as directed

Certification/Licensure:

• Required
  • Texas Food Manager Certification
    • Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
