Chemical Engineer

- Collaborate with the Facilities Engineering Department to support Chemical Engineering functions.
- Act as a Facilities System owner, responsible for enhancing, maintaining, optimizing, and documenting various facility systems. These systems include General Wastewater collection and treatment, Fluoride Wastewater collection and treatment, Deionized Water, Reclaim water, Process Gas supply, Process chemical supply, Scrubbed Exhaust systems, and Solid Separation Systems.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for system operation, including Management of Change records, drawings, set points, and P&ID's.
- Provide engineering assistance to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Chemical systems within the facilities. Work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Evaluate operating and maintenance procedures to enhance personnel safety and equipment uptime while minimizing operational costs.
- Optimize energy efficiency, maintenance practices, component longevity, and process sequences for Chemical systems.
- Address Production requests related to support and equipment installations.
- Take ownership of all PSM/RMP systems, ensuring accurate documentation, conducting tours, and providing training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with industrial chemical systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Deionized water systems experience
- Knowledge of PSM/RMP
- Prior semiconductor industry experience
- P.E. License (not required)
