Chemist (Entry)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated entry-level chemist to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to apply foundational knowledge of chemicals and chemical principles in a dynamic laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will support formulation development projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stability analyses, including viscosity, density, and other properties.
- Operate laboratory scale mixing and milling equipment to assist in formulation testing.
- Accurately record data and observations during experiments and tests.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized lab workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate findings clearly.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Laboratory experience demonstrating physical stability analysis.
- Ability to operate lab equipment such as mixing and milling tools.
- Strong data recording and observational skills.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of formulation development processes.
