This entrepreneurial role will join a team of executives with decades of combined experience building and scaling healthcare service providers. We are looking to hire a visionary COO to help build our company’s innovative model and operational processes, and to ensure a superb client experience. The COO will create our company's unique operating capabilities, explore key customer partnerships, develop the client acquisition model, research and employ strategies to maximize client satisfaction. Additionally, you will team up with management to create and implement business strategies. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, have healthcare knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset, and sound understanding of business strategies. COO Responsibilities: Spearheading strategy execution that disrupts and creates a better mental health solution for young adults. Develop operational best-practices (SOP's) for a patient-driven model that creates superior clinical outcomes to existing models. Also, drives higher client satisfaction and retention than the industry norm. Identifying and recruiting key clinical talent. Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical cost tracking initiatives. Negotiating and ensuring timely filing and payment on insurance payor contracts. Monitoring budgets, invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes. Preparing timely and accurate operational performance reports. Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices. Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants. Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities. Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Qualifications PsyD/MSW/MBA or equivalent preferred, Bachelor's degree with healthcare experience considered. Minimum five years experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations and strategies in the behavioral health or other healthcare services industries. Entrepreneurial energy and ability to assist in starting and building a new company in a growing industry Comfort with ambiguity, working independently, building a business and systems from scratch Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise. Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully. Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership. Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels. Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
