Chinese Speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Brooklyn

We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will provide
high-quality healthcare services to primarily Chinese-speaking patients, ensuring
they receive the best possible care in their preferred language. The role
involves coordinating and supporting participants' functional, clinical, and
psychosocial needs, prioritizing independence and wellness.

Responsibilities include
collaborating with a large, multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered
goals, communicating changes in participants' conditions, and facilitating
primary care and preventive services.

Compensation and Benefits: $160,000
- $175,000 plus Annual Bonus + full benefits package.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing from an
  accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Nurse
  Practitioner in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
  in family medicine or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical skills with the
  ability to manage a wide range of health conditions.
• Excellent communication and
  interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and
  as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in EHR systems.
• Bilingual in Chinese-Cantonese
