Client Service Representative
Job Overview
As a Client Services Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
This client-facing role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hungarian and English. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional benefit and we welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, analytics and client-facing roles.
This is a hybrid role, based in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and requests.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in client services or a related role, building long term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in both Hungarian and English languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an asset.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Basic code reading and experience with Power Query are an advantage.
